Collage at the Carousel
It’s that time again for our Annual Collage at the Carousel Workshop! Cut and paste your very own collage masterpiece. Artist Holly S. Rader and her talented crew will show you step by step how it’s done. No experience required. Walk away with a beautiful piece that you’ll definitely want to hang on your wall.
This year we welcome back the glittery dance maker DJ Chelli! She’s gonna spin the beats to keep you inspired. Also we will be entertained by the very funny drag comedian Kay Gorgeous! She has plenty of sass and some dance moves that will make your jaw drop.
Partial proceeds go to fund The Wooden Walls Project of Asbury Park, a nonprofit organization that helps to fund the public art projects and murals throughout Asbury Park.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
No experience necessary. Ages 15-99.
We provide all materials! You will receive a 16x20 canvas, iconic photos to choose from (special request images by request for upcharge), decorative papers, rhinestones, glitter and more! Class is held inside the breezy Historic Carousel Building on the boardwalk. Dress for a mess.
BYOB. Water bottles and lite snacks will be available.

Please attach a high res image to your email. ONE IMAGE PER PARTICIPANT PLEASE. Please note images will be printed in black and white. No controversial images please. Best images are simple subject, family, icons, pets, etc. See examples in picture gallery. Smartphone images are great. Professional pictures are not necessary.
NO FILMING DURING INSTRUCTION TIME. Otherwise, pictures and video is encouraged during workshop. Holly will provide a 15 minute collage demo. You will be given over 2 hours to complete your project. Please be prepared to take them with you when complete.
